Secure Payments

Every transaction placed through Novilan is handled through an encrypted, PCI-DSS-compliant checkout system. We do not store your complete card information on our own servers at any point.

Accepted Payment Methods

To make checkout easy, we support several ways to pay:

Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club are all accepted.

Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal are also available at checkout for a quicker payment experience.

Payment Processing

Payment is charged at the moment an order is placed. Orders are not prepared or shipped until payment has been confirmed and successfully processed.

All prices shown on our website are in USD. If your card was issued outside the United States, your bank may apply its own currency conversion charge. Novilan is not responsible for any such fees added by your bank or card issuer.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed and paid for before 5:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday, are processed the same day. Orders placed after that time, or over the weekend, are processed on the next business day.

Payment Security and Fraud Prevention

To protect both our customers and our business, some orders may go through additional verification before they are confirmed. We may reach out to you directly if we need more information. Novilan reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be verified or that appears to be fraudulent.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment doesn't go through, please check the following before reaching out to us:

Confirm your billing address matches the one on file with your bank.
Double-check that your card number, expiration date, and security code were entered correctly.
Contact your bank or card issuer to rule out any restrictions on your account.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to show up, depending on your bank or payment provider. See our Refund Policy for full details.
